Use a local GYM with SWIMMING POOL, but HOW?
1. Ask for day passes or a free trial to check if you like it first
2. Pay as you go to the GYM on the day
3. Check if there is a local charity group or a scheme to fund free sessions for people with special health needs
4. Best to Look for cheapest monthly membership by asking if your GP can make a referral to get an Additional discount.
5. You can also bring a carer to help you out at the Gym
